Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Sun Group DHS (the "Application"), an internal software platform developed and operated by Sun Group Havuz & Jakuzi ("the Company"). The Application is made available by the Company for its own internal business purposes.
1. Internal use only
The Application is a private, internal business tool. It is not offered, licensed or made available to the general public, and there is no public registration. Access is limited to employees and authorised contractors of the Company who have been individually granted access and who use it solely for the Company's business purposes.
2. Authorised accounts
The Application connects only to Google accounts that are owned and operated by the Company and that have been authorised by a person entitled to grant such authorisation on the Company's behalf. You must not use the Application to access a Google account that you are not authorised to access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to:
- use the Application only for the Company's internal business purposes;
- keep any access credentials confidential and not share them;
- comply with Google's applicable terms and policies, including the Google APIs Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy, and with all applicable laws and advertising-platform policies;
- obtain any approval required internally before making changes to live advertising campaigns or publishing content.
You agree not to:
- use the Application to access data belonging to any third party;
- attempt to circumvent access controls, rate limits or security measures;
- resell, sublicense or otherwise make the Application available to anyone outside the Company;
- use the Application in a way that breaches Google's advertising policies or any applicable law.
4. Advertising and publishing actions
The Application can read and modify the Company's own advertising campaigns and can upload content to the Company's own channels. Such actions affect live systems and may have financial consequences. Responsibility for reviewing and approving changes rests with the Company personnel who authorise them.
5. Data and privacy
The handling of information, including Google user data, is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Availability
The Application is provided for the Company's internal convenience. It is provided "as is" and "as available". The Company does not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that it will meet any particular requirement, and may modify, suspend or discontinue it at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Application. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Intellectual property
The Application, its website and its contents are the property of the Company or its licensors. Google and YouTube are trademarks of Google LLC. No licence is granted except the limited right to use the Application internally as described in these Terms.
9. Termination
The Company may suspend or revoke access to the Application at any time. A user's right to use the Application ends automatically if they cease to be authorised by the Company or if they breach these Terms.
10. Changes to these Terms
The Company may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published at this address, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised accordingly.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.
