Sun Group DHS
Sun Group DHS is the internal operations platform built and operated by Sun Group Havuz & Jakuzi to run the company's own marketing, advertising and content-publishing workflows.
This website exists to describe the application, its functionality and the way it handles data. It is published by Sun Group Havuz & Jakuzi as the operator of the application, and it is the home page registered on the application's OAuth consent screen.
What the application does
Sun Group DHS is a private back-office system. It connects the company's own systems and consolidates the results into internal reports that the company's staff use to make marketing and budget decisions. Its main functions are:
- Advertising performance management. It reads the performance data of Sun Group Havuz & Jakuzi's own Google Ads accounts (campaigns, ad groups, keywords, search terms, spend, conversions) and consolidates it into internal reports. It also prepares and applies campaign configuration changes — such as budgets, keywords, negative keyword lists, ad copy and campaign status — on those same company-owned accounts, always under the review of the company's marketing staff.
- Video publishing. It uploads video files produced by the company to the company's own YouTube channel, so that the company's own creative content can be reviewed and referenced internally.
- Consolidated reporting. It combines advertising, web analytics and customer-relationship data into a single internal performance report for the company's management.
Who can use it
Sun Group DHS is used exclusively by authorised employees of Sun Group Havuz & Jakuzi. There is no public sign-up, no self-service registration and the application is not offered as a service to third parties or to the general public. Access to the application and to the Google accounts it connects to is limited to named company personnel.
Which Google services it connects to, and why
The application connects only to Google accounts owned and operated by Sun Group Havuz & Jakuzi. It requests the minimum scopes needed for the functions described above; the full detail, including exactly what is accessed, how it is stored and how it is not used, is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Data protection commitments
Sun Group DHS does not sell Google user data, does not use it for advertising purposes, does not use it to train machine-learning models, and does not transfer it to third parties. Its use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
